Ming Mu Di Huang Wan (Bright Eyes Rehmannia
Pills) is named for its chief ingredient Rehmannia glutinosa, a
cooling, moistening blood enhancing herb. The formula, a variant of
Liu Wei Di Huang Wan, is recommended for vision problems that
originate from internal heat especially liver inflammation, blood
deficiency and poor circulation. Chronic stress, fatigue and bad
habits are contributing factors. Pollution and overuse of vision
with computers also increase internal heat. Used long term, Ming Mu
Di Huang Wan is an ideal tonic to improve vision and prevent burn
out. It is recommended for dry, itchy and tearing eye discomfort,
poor eyesight, photophobia, and the prevention of eye diseases such
as glaucoma and cataract.
